Refund policy

    1. Return Eligibility

    We offer a 7-day return policy, applicable only under the following conditions:

    The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

    The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

    Items not eligible for returns:

    Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.

    Customized or personalized products.

    Products purchased under clearance or sale items.

    2. How to Request a Return

    Contact support@pinataclub.in with your order ID and issue details.

    We will verify the request and provide return shipping instructions.

    Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued.

    3. Refund Process

    Approved refunds will be credited within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs.

    4. Exchange Policy

    Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.

    Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

    Exchange delivery will be done within 7 days .
